Downtown Bradenton is poised for a major transformation with a $130 million mixed-use development planned on the former City Hall site. Approved by the city’s Community Redevelopment Agency, the project will bring 367 luxury apartments, a rooftop restaurant, retail space, and a public boardwalk connecting Wares Creek to surrounding neighborhoods. Coral Gables-based Allen Morris Company is behind the project, expected to break ground in 2026 and open in 2028. The new community will also feature kayak and paddleboard rentals, enhancing access to the waterfront.
